🐾 Purchase Agreement & Policies

Deposit & Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to reserve your puppy
• Deposit can be made via cash, check, or approved electronic payment methods
• Final payment is due at time of pickup or delivery
• Payment plans may be available for approved buyers - please inquire
• All payments must be completed before puppy leaves our care

Health Guarantee

• All puppies come with a 2 year health guarantee against genetic defects
• Puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup
• Current on age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming at time of pickup
• Health records and vaccination history provided with each puppy
• Guarantee covers serious genetic conditions that affect quality of life
• Routine care, accidents, and environmental factors are not covered

Pickup & Delivery

• Puppies are typically ready to go home at 8-10 weeks of age
• Pickup appointments must be scheduled in advance
• Delivery may be available within reasonable distance for additional fee
• Flight nanny services can be arranged for long-distance adoptions
• All transportation costs are responsibility of buyer

Spay/Neuter Agreement

• Pet-quality puppies must be spayed/neutered by 12 months of age
• Breeding rights are available separately for qualified homes
• Proof of spay/neuter must be provided to breeder
• Failure to comply may result in additional fees as outlined in contract

Return Policy

• If you can no longer care for your puppy, we have first right of refusal
• Puppy must be returned to breeder - cannot be sold or given to third parties
• Return conditions and any applicable fees outlined in purchase contract
• We are committed to the lifelong welfare of our puppies

Registration & Documentation

• AKC registration papers provided for all puppies
• Limited registration for pet-quality puppies
• Full registration available with breeding rights agreement
• Pedigree information and lineage documentation included
